Portal
ok, so I may end up selling the newly purchased Wii I obtained. Smash Bros. Brawl has been postponed until Feb 10.
I got The Orange Box which was released by Valve on 10/10 which has 5 titles in it. Two of them I already have and the three: TF2 (finally released), HL2: Episode 2 (continuation story for HL2), and Portal. Portal is unlike anything I have messed around with. Creating portals to complete various objectives and unlocking a path to the next stage. So far its pretty simple. After about one hour, I stopped at 17 out of 19 where the room is filled with turrets and moving platforms. I can finish it later.

San Diego's Breeze
A drive to San Diego's beach was a little more than I could bear. My mom took my uncle and his friends who came from Thailand for the first time to many of the outlets down south. Shopping aren't one of the things I enjoy, but the prices were alright. Took the whole day, but I haven't drove far in a long time, so all-in-all it was great to get out. Got myself a new pair of Skechers boots... yay. Did I forget to mention the oceans calmed me down a bit from all the work and things in my mind?

Its a maze of websites
On one of my spare times, I remembered stumbling upon a series of website puzzles linked together as a chain. Complete the first, move on to the 2nd and so on. These are not easy. They test out how well you know your logic. Know your history, arts, and travel locations a bit. You will need every bit of your wit to get through ;-p

How did it the anthem went?
As the fireworks flare out their streams of different colors, I get to see how every year seems the same, but I do enjoy how everyone shows their pride and patriotism for this country. Luckily from my house I can see off to the horizon many fireworks going into their air randomly far away. My own neighborhood doesn't seem to share much enthusiasm. No flags being hoisted and not many fireworks going off nearby. Serenity at its best.

Working Class
As us humans, we develop this mechanical way to wake up, go to work, and then come back home and sleep. Eating is only needed to make sure the parts of this structure flow. Yesterday, I got home from work around 9:00 PM. I could have stayed until I wanted to leave. I like to stay past the hours of when people normally leave since it gives me less pressure and more space to think. The problem is making sure I, myself, keep working at a productive rate. If I were to make a To-Do List, I can keep myself busy with what I need to do at the workplace.

All study and laughs
From waking up typically, I start off jogging for 20 minutes, then I start studying. Yea, my life is so exciting. Got my Costco membership and today I am tried getting a credit card. The afternoon was simply going through an episode of the first Gaki no tsukai batsu game. Hrmmm where are subtitles for those episodes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaki_no_tsukai

obon odori
It is now the evening as the temperature is cooling down. The Summer heat here is starting to get to me. James, from the Japanese Club, text me if I would like to go to the obon odori in the West Covina Buddist Temple (its actually a Church). I had to choose between continue studying Psychology or go check out a obon festival. I have never been to a community based obon festival, so I was willing to check it out. Upon reaching the church (they say temple), they had everything from food, music + taiko, dances + geisha, and games for kids. Didn't stay too long though. Just had some somen, cupcakes + cookies, and left. I got to check out some artistic and judo performances, but it was getting late. Yea I know... isn't the whole point of me going to an obon festival is to see the fire festival dance? I have seen the obon in Japan, so might as well go back home.
